One of our specialities is group training, a style of exercise training that will help you achieve your personal targets whilst working in a group.
In - House Classes:
Group training classes include MMA, Zumba, Functional Training, Muay Thai, Indoor Boot Camp
Group Wellness Programs include Yoga and Gymstick Pilates.
External Classes: (Run at REPS but extra fees apply)
Taekowndo for Children 4-18 (Saturday) and Adults (Sunday).
Brazilian JiuJitsu courtesy of Team 'DOBERMAN' JB (Tuesday, wednesday, Thursday, Friday) and Open Mat (Saturday)
Piloxing which is combinations between Pilates, Boxing and Dance (Thursday)
